PagoNxt Trade Services, S.L. (“PagoNxt”) is a Spanish company that provides payments processing technology services and swift bureau services to financial services companies.

Yes, the data that PagoNxt requests either directly from you when you contact us for information, are necessary for the purposes for which they are requested and therefore mandatory.

    PagoNxt uses some processors during its activities. Processors may have access to personal information processed by PagoNxt but they will always do so under a processing agreement and under the instructions of PagoNxt.

  1. So that processors can provide services to PagoNxt.

4. International data transfers

International transfers outside the European Economic Area are not carried out. For the period necessary to respond to the query or request for information. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be blocked for a period of 3 years and will be deleted. 7. What security measures do we apply?

At PagoNxt we are committed to security and apply technical and organizational measures to ensure the integrity, availability and confidentiality of your data.

For example, all persons who can access personal information are subject to a contractual obligation of confidentiality, we use Data Lost Prevention (DLP) measures, encryption of information in transit and at rest, access control, secure passwords, etc.
